Phaidra, a provider of AI agents for data center operations, announced a partnership with Aligned Data Centers to deploy its Prism platform across Aligned's data center portfolio, according to a press release published September 29.
Prism is described as a read-only intelligence layer built for data center operations. It continuously analyzes telemetry from building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS), alongside operational documentation, to identify early-stage irregularities, accelerate root cause analysis, and deliver guidance through a natural language interface.
Phaidra has integrated NVIDIA DSX Exchange, part of NVIDIA DSX OS, into Prism. The companies say DSX Exchange serves as a common data layer that brings together information across mechanical, electrical, power, cooling, and IT systems, giving operators a unified, conversational view of infrastructure.
